CAN PRODUCT DIFFER FROM THE PICTURES ?
Yes Product may differ from pictures as we cover more then 50 cities of Pakistan and every city has different suppliers.
 

DOES EVERY ORDER INCLUDES FREE GREETING CARD?

CAN  I REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMINGS?
We do not accept any specific time for deliveries,  All orders are delivered from 11 AM to 9 PM (PAKISTAN STANDARD TIME)
 

DO YOU DELIVER ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS?
We offer Holiday and Sunday delivery in all major cities, our order form will not allow you to pick Sunday delivery incase if it is not available in your city.
 

IS SHIPPING FREE OR ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?
Yes Shipping is Free! We do not even charge for same day or Sunday delivery.
 

WHAT IF THE RECEIVER DOES NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?
If order information is correct from your side, then We offer 100% guaranteed delivery or else 100% refund.
 

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ? WHAT WILL APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
We accept all major credit/debit/gift cards and will appear as  " Pakistan Gift Courier " on your credit card statement.
 

I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD HOW CAN I ORDER ?
For Customers in Pakistan the best way to pay is from Jazz Cash or Bank transfer
For International customers   The best and quickest way is to pay from visa gift cards which are easily available on all major stores. Money transfer through western union or money gram can also be done. For more information on that, please contact us.
 

CAN I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER OR JAZZ CASH ?
Local or International customers who have online banking access in Pakistan or can visit local banks or Jazz dealers in Pakistan, can pay us via Bank transfer or JAZZ Cash, Below is the information.

Yes our order form gives you a choice to choose your own desired delivery date.
 

CAN I CHOOSE  MY OWN DELIVERY TIME ?
You may put a time request but time deliveries are not guaranteed as it all depends on suppliers and areas of every city
 

I HAVE ISSUE WITH QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT ?
Complaint can be registered on our email sales@sendflowerstopakistan.com within 24 hours after delivery, All items must be returned back in original condition  for replacement. Complaints will not be registered after 24 hours.
